Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy protects our users, recipients and network. It applies to everyone using WellMaxUSA services, including voice, messaging, numbers, IoT connectivity and eSIM.

2. Prohibited content & conduct

Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
Unsolicited or unlawful communications (spam), and messaging without required consent.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that exploits or harms others.
Malware distribution, network abuse, or attempts to bypass security or filtering.
Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Messaging & calling rules

You must obtain and honor consent, provide clear opt-out mechanisms, accurately identify yourself, and respect time-of-day, registration (e.g. A2P/10DLC) and do-not-call requirements applicable in each market.

4. AI assistant use

Do not use our AI assistant or AI agents to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to attempt to extract confidential system information.

5. Fair use & security

Do not engage in activity that degrades the network or circumvents usage policies. We may apply rate limits and protective measures.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate services, with or without notice where required to protect the network or comply with law.
