2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, email, company and the content of messages you send us or our AI assistant.
Service data: data necessary to deliver communications services you request (e.g. call, message and connectivity metadata).
Technical data: device, browser and approximate location derived from your IP, and usage analytics.

3. How we use it

To provide, operate and improve our services and respond to your requests.
To power our AI assistant so it can understand your request and recommend the right service or plan.
To communicate with you, including scheduling meetings and sending service information.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. AI assistant

Messages sent to our AI assistant are processed to generate a helpful response and may be processed by our infrastructure providers. Do not share sensitive personal or financial data in the chat. We do not use the chat to make automated decisions with legal effects about you.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. cloud, communications and payment infrastructure), under appropriate contracts, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

We operate globally; your data may be processed in countries other than your own, with safeguards consistent with applicable law.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data. Payment card data for eSIM purchases is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.
