The agreement between you and WellMaxUSA.

By accessing this website or using WellMaxUSA services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
WellMaxUSA provides communications and AI automation services, including AI voice agents, messaging, voice, phone numbers, IoT connectivity and, under the WUSA Connect brand, travel eSIM data plans. Specific features, availability and pricing are described at the point of sale or in a separate order or agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Orders and proposals may be subject to additional service-specific terms.
You agree not to use the services unlawfully or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, including sending unlawful, fraudulent or unsolicited communications. We may suspend services for violations.
Fees are as quoted or published. eSIM purchases are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services are provisioned or consumed; consumer eSIM refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.
Services rely on carrier and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not liable for outages or changes outside our reasonable control, but we work to maintain service continuity.
The website, content and brands (including WellMaxUSA and WUSA) are owned by WellMaxUSA LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the services as intended.
Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, WellMaxUSA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant service in the prior three months.
Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order. We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, legal reasons or violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory local law applies to you.
